Screen printed nameplates are printed on the surface of the material with baked enamel paint. This process is ideal for multicolor printing, mainly for indoor use. This process allows for a wide variety of colour matching, as well as glossy finish. A clear top-coat can also be applied for extra durability.

Aluminum plates can range in thickness from .010" (30 ga.) to .125" (8 ga.).
